How to Prepare for Your Test
Proper preparation ensures accurate test results and prevents repeat visits. Follow these standard guidelines before your appointment.

Preparation Instructions
MRI Scan
Remove all metal items (jewelry, watches, coins, keys, belts). Inform staff if you have a pacemaker, cochlear implant, metal clip, or if you are pregnant. Fasting is only required for abdominal scans or contrast studies (4–6 hours).
CT Scan with Contrast
Fasting required for 4–6 hours before the scan. Plain water is permitted. Please bring your recent Serum Creatinine (kidney function) test report and inform staff of any known drug allergies or asthma.
Ultrasound – Abdomen
Requires 6 to 8 hours of overnight or early morning fasting. Avoid fatty foods or heavy meals before the examination.
Ultrasound – Pelvis / KUB
Full bladder required. Drink 4 to 5 glasses of plain water 1 hour before the scan and do not urinate until the scan is completed.
Fasting Blood Tests (FBS, Lipid Profile)
Strict fasting for 8 to 12 hours before sample collection. Plain water is allowed and encouraged to maintain hydration. Do not consume tea, coffee, or milk.
Scan Duration: 20 to 45 minutes depending on the body part and sequences.
Safety: Cannot be performed on patients with non-compatible pacemakers or metallic implants.
Computed Tomography
Computed Tomography (CT Scan)
Technology: Rotating X-ray beams with sophisticated computer reconstruction.
Best for: Bone fractures, chest & lung evaluation (HRCT), emergency trauma & bleeding, kidney stones (CT KUB).
Scan Duration: Very fast (5 to 10 minutes total; actual scan in seconds).
Safety: Controlled low dose of ionizing radiation. Not recommended during pregnancy.

Yes. A trained phlebotomist can collect your blood sample at home or at work at a time you choose. Home collection is available for lab tests only. Scans need a visit to a centre.
Our Full Body Checkup covers 77 parameters: 69 lab tests (including CBC, lipid profile, liver, kidney, thyroid and blood sugar), a chest X-ray, an abdominal ultrasound, an ECG and a physical examination. It is priced at ₹1,947.
Most routine blood test reports are ready the same day. X-ray, ultrasound and CT reports are usually ready within 2 to 4 hours. MRI reports are usually ready within 4 to 6 hours. Reports are sent by WhatsApp and email and are available on the app.

MRI, CT and contrast studies need a doctor's prescription. Many routine blood tests and health checkups can be booked without one.
Yes. Our pathology laboratory is accredited by NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories), adhering to ISO 15189 standards.
You need to fast for 8–12 hours before a fasting blood sugar or lipid profile test. Plain water is allowed. Tests such as CBC, thyroid profile and HbA1c usually do not need fasting.
